ELEVATE EDUCATION HUB

At Elevate Education Hub, we are committed to transforming the lives of young people and equipping those who work with or care for them with the tools and support they need. Our services span Youth Justice, Personal Assistance, Training & CPD, and Supervision, all designed to inspire positive change and build brighter futures.

Our Youth Justice Service begins with a detailed assessment to uncover the factors that have led a young person into trouble and identify any risks they may pose to themselves or others. This personalised assessment forms the foundation of a tailored support plan, helping them reengage with education, employment, or training and reconnect with a positive and sustainable lifestyle. We address key areas such as understanding the harm caused by their actions, providing trauma support, raising awareness of the effects of drugs and alcohol, and reducing dependency. Alongside this, we work to build confidence by improving literacy and numeracy skills, creating opportunities for growth. Our holistic approach empowers young people to make positive choices and reduce the risk of reoffending.

Our Personal Assistant (PA) service is rooted in forming genuine, meaningful relationships with young people. Tailored to meet individual needs, our PAs provide one-to-one or long-term support in areas such as personal care, transportation, social activities, and educational or work-related assistance. We prioritise fostering community access and inclusion, ensuring young people develop independence, confidence, and strong connections. With a focus on creating authentic friendships, our PAs provide a nurturing environment where young people feel supported and empowered to thrive.

We offer tailored one-to-one supervision and support for anyone who works with or cares for young people. Supervision provides a safe, reflective space to step back and evaluate your role, manage organisational demands, and develop effective coping strategies. Our sessions focus on enhancing resilience, emotional well-being, and self-awareness, providing opportunities to debrief after challenging or critical incidents. By helping to prevent burnout, reduce stress, and minimise compassion fatigue, our supervision service ensures you feel supported and empowered to continue making a positive impact in the lives of young people.

Elevate Education Hub delivers transformative CPD training on behaviour and pastoral care, utilising a relational practice approach and deep expertise in working with young people. Drawing on extensive frontline experience in complex educational settings, our training equips educators with practical tools to support and engage students effectively. Our workshops cover essential topics such as trauma-informed practice, behaviour management, and working with challenging pupils. Through interactive and engaging sessions, we provide insights and strategies to foster positive relationships, enhance student well-being, and create a supportive learning environment that enables all students to succeed.
